Upwork is a platform where you can get gigs based on your skillset. My profile and applications are based on my skillset for Project Management, Admin and process focused projects.

As of this post I have spent some money (I think less than $20) on their little economy because they charge for job submissions. I have submitted 70 bids/proposals. I have only had 1 actual interview which did not turn into a job unfortunately. So I am going to give upwork 6 months before I close it but so far no green here!
