How many times do we stand in front of the mirror and look at ourselves, and criticize? As we get older we find more and more things that we don’t like as gravity and aging rack up points! We/I am often very critical of our bodies and today I want to flip the script and be thankful for my wonderful body that supports me every day!

Take 30 seconds with me to be grateful for your body because you have a wonderful, amazing body no matter the shape or size!
